You have 7 days from your initial purchase to request a refund.

What's Refundable

  • First subscription period only
  • No refunds after extensive usage (more than 50% of monthly credits)
  • No refunds for annual subscriptions after 30 days

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nextblitz.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of your original purchase

Processing Time

Paddle processes all refunds. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
