NextBlitz.ai grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use subject to an active subscription and these terms.

Restrictions

• No reselling, leasing, or sublicensing of the Service.
• No reverse‑engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or models.
• No automated scraping, abusive traffic, or actions that degrade the Service.
• No unlawful or rights‑infringing use.

Ownership

We own the platform, software, and brand. You own your content and generated outputs. You grant us the rights necessary to process your content to provide the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, violations, or non‑payment. Upon termination, your license ends and you must discontinue use.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Venue and jurisdiction lie in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.
