YouTube API Disclosures
NextBlitz uses YouTube API Services. By enabling YouTube features, you also agree to:

What we access and scopes
- Scopes:
youtube.readonlyandyt-analytics.readonlyfor read-only channel, video, metadata, and analytics access. - Data: channel metadata, video metadata, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publish dates, comments on your own videos, and YouTube Analytics reports/performance patterns if granted/available.
- Use: channel-aware ideas, scripts, titles, packaging feedback, analytics, and insights.
- No write actions: We do not upload videos, edit videos, delete videos, or change channel settings.
Retention
- OAuth tokens: encrypted at rest and retained until you disconnect YouTube, revoke access, or delete your account.
- Cached analytics/metadata: refreshed or deleted at most every 30 days and purged when you disconnect YouTube.
- Derived outputs you create (ideas, scripts, reports): kept until you remove them or delete your account.
Deletion and revocation
- Revoke access: Use Google's security settings here: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Disconnect in NextBlitz: Go to Settings - Integrations and choose Disconnect YouTube. This removes stored YouTube OAuth tokens, clears the active channel connection, and deletes cached YouTube data for that connection.
- Full account deletion: Use Settings - Privacy & Data when signed in, or visit /legal/data-deletion for instructions.
- API endpoint: /api/account/delete (authenticated).
